Overview of Deficiencies <br />This house was built in 1966 as a single- family home, then converted to a transitional home for three <br />individuals. The home is a single story with an unfinished basement. Most original wood - framed windows <br />have been replaced with vinyl, but there are still two old wood windows that exist and need maintenance. <br />The house has a wood handicap ramp at the front entrance but lacks code - compliant handrails. The interior <br />of the house has seen some updates on finishes but most are dated. Electrical system needs updating to <br />provide code - compliant GFCI and AFCI receptacles.
