Interior walls and ceilings should be repaired /repainted. <br />b. Exposed copper piping should be attached to walls. <br />c. Kitchen casework should be painted. <br />d. Baseboard should be replaced where missing. <br />e. Door trim should be installed. <br />f. Water stained floor should be re -sanded and finished. <br />g.
