None observed. <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Current forced air heating system and controls do not meet current code and need to be <br />replaced. <br />b. Basement bathroom is non - compliant with codes and needs to be modified. <br />c. Ceiling mounted gas heater located in attached garage does not meet current code and needs <br />to be replaced. <br />d. Provide AFCI protected receptacles in living room, bedrooms and hallway per electrical <br />code. <br />e. Provide GFCI protected receptacles in Kitchen to meet current electrical code. <br />f. Basement wall outlets are loose and have unprotected wiring and need to be repaired per <br />electrical code. <br />g.
