<br />'. <br /> <br />· Prepare a FEIS document. It is assumed that a Section 106 Determination of Effect and <br />Memorandum of Agreement and/or a Section 4(t) statement will not be required. The FEIS <br />document will be prepared and processed in accordance with FT A and NEP A guidelines. <br />Draft FEIS chapters will be prepared, incorporating the LPTIS preliminary design results, <br />environmental impacts and mitigation, and responses to comments received'onthe DEIS. <br />"'The FEIS will be reviewed, approved, and signed by FT A. <br /> <br />4.8 Record of Decision (ROD) <br /> <br />A Netice of Availability of the FEIS for public review. will be prepared and submitted to the PMT <br />for publication in local newspapers.
