<br />Work Plan <br />Continued <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />O&M Cost Estimates <br /> <br />The same methodology being used for this task in the Northstar <br />Corridor MIS and Commuter Rail Feasibility Study will be used for the <br />extension study to St. Joseph. With the O&M cost models calibrated in <br />previous tasks, O&M costs will be estimated in the extension study area <br />for the Commuter Rail alternative or for all MIS alternatives with a bus <br />component by inputting the appropriate operating statistics and system <br />characteristics of the alternatives in the analysis year. <br /> <br />D. Detailed Ridership Forecasting <br /> <br />The same methodology being used for this task in the Northstar <br />Corridor MIS and Commuter Rail Feasibility Study will be used for the <br />extension study to St. Joseph.
