For normal operations without
events, the parking areas on the south side of the site will be primarily used. For
small events, of less than 2,500 spectators, participants and vendors will utilize
these south lots while spectators are directed to the lot on the north side of the
site. For larger events with increasing expected attendance, the additional
parking area to the north will be used followed by the overflow area on the west
side of TH 169.
To determine the number of vehicles for various attendance levels, 3.0 people
per vehicle can be assumed.
