Weekday Event <br />— Entrances <br />Exits <br />— Parked Cars <br />Chart 1 — Expected Weekday Event Trip and Parking Distribution <br />For the weekend events, a longer day is planned with competitors and vendors <br />completing set up the day before. During the day of the event, most competitors <br />are expected to return to the site early, around 7:00 AM. Spectators start to file in <br />around 8:00 AM with peak entrances expected to occur around 9:30 AM to <br />10:30 AM. There is slightly more turnover occurring throughout the day with <br />some spectators leaving midday after watching the earlier races and some <br />spectators arriving later in the day to watch afternoon/evening activities. The <br />main exit period begins around 5:00 PM with the peak exit period between 6:00 <br />and 7:00 PM. Based on this activity, up to 80 percent of the total vehicles <br />expected for the event parked in the facility during the peak period.
