<br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 174.86 provides each city the opportunity to review <br />and comment on the Advanced Corridor Plan and subsequent to a hearing conducted by <br />NCDA and MnDOT on said plan, the city shall approve ro disapprove the location and <br />design of the station located in each respective city; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hearing on the Plan was conducted on September 7,2000, with no <br />comments received on the Big Lake Station; and <br />. . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Big Lake City Council finds the conceptual plan for the station to be <br />acceptable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Big Lake City Council, having concerns relating to the access from <br />County Road 43 to the existing frontage road, want to continue to monitor the progress of <br />MnDOT. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Big Lake City Council approves the <br />Advanced Corridor Plan for the City; and <br /> <br />FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Big Lake City Council understands that the <br />Advanced Corridor Plan is conceptual in nature, that final station plans are forthcoming . <br />and, finally, said plans will comply with City ordinances. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 27ttl day of September, 2000. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /><-4~4'~Ddd <br />Mayor Don Orrock <br /> <br />Jd.- H ____ <br /> <br />Patrick Wussow, City Administrator <br /> <br />The following Council Members voted in favor: Orrock, Dickinson, Heitz, Langsdorf and <br />Maas.
