Financing Agency that was <br />versatile enough to work in any strategy including <br />direct mail, brochures,. postcards and more. It also <br />had to appeal. to · a diverse ethnic, low-to <br />moderate income target. And it had to position <br />MHFA as "friendly," "helpful" and "non- <br />governmental." <br /> <br />I presented "YOU CAN' - a simple, posltlve <br />statement to introduce all of MHFNs programs. I <br />also used bold, vibrant colors and a simple design to <br />offset the complex nature of MHFNs financial <br />programs. MHFA declares its new look a success. <br />They can't keep the brochures on the shelf! <br />
