1. Development agreement shall be signed, outlining costs and responsibilities to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br /> 2. All required wetland and grading permits must be obtained prior to commencing <br /> work on the site. <br /> 3. Parcels below 65 feet in width shall be platted on a parcel 4-2 20 feet from the rear of the <br /> building. The remaining land between buildings and right-of-way shall be platted into a <br /> single parcel under common ownership of the homeowners association <br /> 4. Lincoln street shall not be connected to the development but platting a full right-of-way <br /> width for a future connection if needed. The applicant shall install a trail with a <br /> breakaway barrier for emergency services onlL with maintenance of the trail to be <br /> determined by the City Council. <br />
