Staff recommended conditions <br /> 1. A PUD agreement shall be developed and signed by both parties prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> 2. Identify one shade tree every 30 feet in the boulevard area on both sides of all public <br /> streets and a second tree in the front yard of each home. <br /> 42-.11. Identify one shade tree every 30 feet on a line generally 20 feet behind all detached <br /> townhomes for the association maintained space between Fillmore and Edison Streets,to be <br /> installed by the developer builder and maintained in perpetuity by the homeowners <br /> association. <br /> .12. Identify one shade tree every 30 feet on a line generally ten feet from the rear <br /> property line of the common lot for all detached townhomes along Ivanhoe Drive, to be <br /> installed by the developer builder and maintained in perpetuity by the homeowners <br /> association. <br /> X13. Addition of a bituminous trail connecting Johnson Street with Ivanhoe Drive south <br /> side of the identified stormwater basin and green space, to be constructed by the developer <br /> and maintained in perpetuity by the homeowners association. <br /> 4-5,14.
