Introduction <br /> • <br /> Duckor&Associates,Inc.was hired to conduct an assessment and progress to date on the <br /> City of Elk River Strategic Industrial Marketing Plan 2000-2002. The Assessment Plan <br /> reflects the findings and information from the interviewees, staff input and working <br /> knowledge of the consultant, Duckor & Associates, Inc. <br /> One-on-one interviews were conducted with pending clients,clients whom elected another <br /> location,business and community leaders,strategic partners and co-sponsors.
