<br />A-94 <br /> <br />13. Multicultural Club Advisor - this is an extra curricular position needed at <br />each; Zimmerman High School, Elk River High School and Rogers High <br />School and is funded by Integration Funds. <br />14. Additional teaching staff of8.32 FTE: 3.2 FTE for secondary and 5.12 <br />FTE for elementary which includes prep time. Funding is trom the 01 <br />Fund Balance. <br />15. Additional teaching assistant staff of 4.0 FTE for elementary schools and <br />is for the 04-05 school year only. Funding is trom the 01 Fund Balance. <br />16. ESL Assistant at Elk River High School, 6.5 hours per day, student <br />contact days, to provide before and after school homework and testing <br />help. Funded by 01 Budget. <br />17. ESL Assistant at Rogers High School, 6.5 hours per day, student contact <br />days, to provide before and after school homework and testing help. <br />Funded by 01 Budget. <br />18. Kitchen Helpers, 2.5 hours per day, student contact days, one position for <br />Rogers Middle School and 2 positions for Rogers High School. Funded <br />through the Food Service Budget. <br /> <br />H. Levy Certification <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board certify the proposed 2004 Levy for taxes <br />payable in 2005 as presented on A-133. <br /> <br />This is a preliminary certification which goes to county auditors so that they may <br />calculate tax impact. The School Board may modifY this levy in December when <br />final certification is required. <br /> <br />1. Security System <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve security system additions in the <br />amount of $145,725 as follows: Westwood, $12,650; ERRS, $8,425; VMS, <br />$10,475; Lincoln, $11,025; Parker, $10,650; Zimm Elem, $3,650; ZMS, <br />$19,075; Otsego, $6,775; RMS, $12,550; SMS, $15,700; ISCS, $34,750. <br /> <br />This has been budgeted for out of the crime levy. <br /> <br />J. Policy Revision <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the revised Policy of District 728 <br />Graduation Requirements as presented on A-134/137. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
