Student Teaching Agreement <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board approve the student teaching agreement with <br />Winona State University for the 2004-2005 school year. <br /> <br />G. Staffing Requests <br /> <br />I. Assistant Coordinator of Health Services (licensed school nurse) .75 FTE <br />to serve district wide for the 2004-2005 school year with the potential to <br />become a continuing position. Funded by 3rd party billing or split of <br />Federal and 01 Budget. <br />2. Physical Education/Health Teacher at Ivan Sand Community School, <br />.1 FTE to be added to the assignment of Sondra Kraemer to meet the <br />needs of the program. Funding through ISCS budget. <br />3. Custodian at Rogers High School, full-time, 12 months, due to increased <br />staffing and student population and additional activities requiring custodial <br />services. <br />4. Extra curricular positions of Equipment Manager, Math Club Advisor and <br />Activities Manager at Rogers High School, funded by the Activity and <br />Athletic budgets. <br />5. Instructional Assistant for "school within a school" at Salk Middle School <br />to assist with the instruction of "at risk" students, 2.25 hours per day, <br />student contact days. This position is funded through ISCS. <br />6. Instructional Assistant for "school within a school" at VandenBerge <br />Middle School to assist with the instruction of "at risk" students, 2 hours <br />per day, student contact days. This position is funded through ISCS. <br />7. ESL Assistant for Zimmerman Schools, 6.5 hours per day, student contact <br />days, starting as soon as possible. Funded by Title III. <br />8. Art Teacher at Zimmerman Elementary School, .15 FTE to be added to the <br />assignment of Tina Hill to meet the needs of the program. Funded by 01 <br />Budget. <br />9. Title I Teachers-After School Program at Zimmerman Middle School, 2-4 <br />hours per week, 3 positions, starting as soon as possible and ending May <br />26,2005. Funded by Title I funds. <br />10. Extra curricular positions of Head Speech Coach, Equipment Manager and <br />Assistant Baseball Coach at Zimmerman High School, funded through the <br />Activity and Athletic budgets. <br />II. Site Leader for Community Education EdVenture program at Meadowvale <br />Elementary School, 6.5 hours per day, 12 month position. Funded by user <br />fees and levy for SAC. <br />12. Special Education Assistant I - 1:1, Meadowvale Elementary School, up to <br />6.5 hours per day, student contact days. Funded by Federal Program 419. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
