<br />A-95 <br /> <br />K. Ratification of Agreement <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board ratify the tentative agreement with the <br />Secretarial-Clerical Personnel School Service Employees Local #284 as <br />presented on A-138/146 and adopt the resolution as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School District's negotiations team has recommended a <br />contract settlement with the Secretarial-Clerical Personnel School Service <br />Employees Local #284 and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School District's administration have prepared the <br />reporting infonnation required by state law and which has been reviewed <br />by the School Board, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School Board by the adoption of this resolution certifies <br />that it has detennined that the above described contract settlement will not <br />cause a structural imbalance in the School District's budget during the period of <br />the agreement and as defined by state law, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Master Agreement between Independent <br />School District 728 and the Secretarial-Clerical Personnel School Service <br />Employees Local #284 be approved for the tenn of July I, 2004 through June 30, <br />2006, and that a copy of the Master Agreement and the reporting infonnation be <br />forwarded to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Education, as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />A copy ofthe structural balance infonnation will be available to School <br />Board member in their packets. <br /> <br />L. Ratification of Agreement <br /> <br />Recommend the School Board ratify the tentative agreement with the <br />Professional Administrative Support Organization as presented on <br />A-147/154 and adopt the resolution as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School District's negotiations team has recommended a <br />contract settlement with the Professional Administrative Support Organization <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the School District's administration have prepared the <br />reporting infonnation required by state law and which has been reviewed <br />by the School Board, and <br /> <br />-6- <br />
