These budgets,along with a preliminary project schedule,can be used <br /> to make decisions on the project scope and phasing. _ `• �° <br /> Phase I Report and Presentation - - <br /> At the completion of Phase I,a final planning report will be prepared which includes <br /> the final facility program,concept designs,project budget and schedule. Our team can <br /> assist with preparing materials and making presentations to the ERMU Commission <br /> and other leadership. <br /> Phase II - Design through Construction <br /> Schematic Design '*ar <br /> With the recommendation to proceed by the City,a schematic design is prepared.This <br /> phase will define the municipal utilities facility including materials and construction - <br /> methods and the parking and site development. A comprehensive schematic cost <br /> estimate ensures the project remains on-budget and sustainable design goals are <br /> documented. <br /> Work Products:A comprehensive schematic design package.
