Following leave under this policy, an employee will be reinstated to his or her same job or <br /> one with comparable duties,hours,and pay. <br /> 48. MINNESOTA SICK FAMILY MEMBER OR SAFETY LEAVE <br /> A Minnesota employee who has worked for the Utilities for at least 12 months and who has <br /> worked at least one-half(1/2) time during the past twelve (12) months may use his or her <br /> accrued sick time to care for the employee's sick or injured child, stepchild, foster child, <br /> adopted child, adult child; spouse,sibling, parent., parent-in-law, stepparent, grandparent, <br /> or grandchild (including a biological, step, foster, or adopted grandchild) for reasonable <br /> times as the employee' s attendance may be necessary. SCHOOL ACTIVITIES LEAVE POLICY <br /> Employees who have worked at least one-half time during the pregpreceding twelve <br /> months are entitled to up to 16 hours leave during any 12-month period to attend school <br /> conferences or classroom activities related to the employee's child, provided the <br /> conferences or classroom activities cannot be scheduled during non-work hours.
