This future <br /> intersection will align with the City's Nature's Edge Business Center—Phase <br /> 2 Improvements. The proposed improvements will include the relocation <br /> of an existing stormwater pond located directly south of 170t'Avenue NW. <br /> The expectations of the feasibility report is to study the detailed geometries <br /> for the utilities and street.
