• <br /> • <br /> Project Understanding <br /> The City of Elk River plans to complete three projects identified in this proposal.Those three <br /> projects are as follows: <br /> • Project 1 —2015 Street and Utility Improvements <br /> • Project 2—Eastern Area Trail and Mobility Improvements <br /> • Project 3 —Yale Street Feasibility Report <br /> Project 1 - 2015 Street and Utility Improvements <br /> The 2015 Street and Utility Improvements consist of the following: <br /> • Full Depth Reclaim with Curb Patching <br /> • Vance Street NW—205t1i Avenue NW to Ulysses <br /> Street NW(the southeasterly portion is only an <br /> overlay with edge mill) <br /> • Tyler Street NW—Twin Lakes Road NW to 2051}' r� <br /> Avenue NW <br /> • Elk Hills Subdivision* <br /> - Elk Hills Drive—Dodge Street NW to Zane <br /> Street <br /> - Elk Lane NW—Elk Hills Drive to 1891'Avenue <br /> NW <br /> - Fawn Road NW—Elk Hills Drive to cul-de-sac <br /> - Line Avenue NW—Elk Hills Drive to cul-de- <br /> sac <br /> * Elk Hills Subdivision may become a full reconstruction <br /> project including addition of concrete curb and gutter along <br /> with new sanitary sewer,watermain, and storm sewer. <br /> Reconstruction <br /> 165 'Avenue NW—Jarvis Street NW to Midway between TH 169 and the <br /> railroad tracks <br /> Jarvis Street NW— 156th Street NW to 165'Avenue NW <br /> These roadways will include the addition of a detached trail which will have wetland <br /> impacts. In addition, a variance for design speed to meet Municipal State Aid <br /> Standards will be required.
