Mr. Harticker stated that the <br />applicant's father ~vas granted a conditional use permit (CUP) for a wood craft business in <br />April 1992. He stated that the applicant has since bought out the business and is using it as a <br />cabinet shop. The applicant also has a CUP for a hair salon. Mr. Harlicker discussed the <br />business operation and Planning Commission action. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />.Dick Lutz, 11814 191~t Avenue-Stated that the business is quiet and he has no problem <br />xvith a CUP being issued. <br /> <br />There being no further comment on this issue, Mayor I-2Ilnzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Discussion ~vas held regarding the number of employees allowed on site, the hours of <br />operation, and par'king. <br /> <br />MOVED BY MAYOR KLINZING AND SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER <br />KUESTER TO APPROVE THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE <br />A CABINET BUSINESS AS A HOME OCCUPATION WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THE SHOP SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ANNUAL INSPECTIONS OF <br /> THE FIRE CHIEF. <br /> <br />2. THE HOURS OF OPERATION SHALL BE LIMITED FROM 7:00 A.M. <br /> TO 9:00 P.M. <br /> <br />3. Leeseberg stated that Abfalter <br />Brothers is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for a concrete business. <br />He stated that the applicant is proposing to operate a concrete foundation facility and would <br />be storing sand, aggregate, and cement on site.
