Nix. Harlicker stated that the <br />applicant is requesting an easement vacation to vacate a portion of a drainage and utili~ <br />easement in RolLing Hills. He stated that the easement vacation is needed so that a 10' deck <br />can be added on the proposed house plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
