Park and Recreation Commission Action At the recommendation of the Greenway Subcommittee, the Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Council hire Bonestroo and Association to complete the Greenway/Namral Resources Inventory. Recommendation Staff and the Park and Recreation Commission recommend that the City Council hire Bonestroo and Associates to complete the Greenway/Natural Resources Inventory for the City of Elk River. The proposal, at the recommendation of the Subcommittee and the Commission, should be amended to include a Park and Recreation field trip with the consultants during the fieldwork and a request to shorten the time frame for completion from February 2005 to October 2004.
