This will include <br /> UZ* documentation of the"rationale nexus"required by State statutes. <br /> 5.5 Asset Management Strategies <br /> HKGi will work with City staff to identify appropriate operation and <br /> management actions such as refined park roles/classifications,maintenance <br /> levels/priorities,service pricing,use of volunteers,etc. <br /> 5.6 Cost Estimates and Update the CIP <br /> HKGi will work with City staff to prepare an updated Capital Improvement <br /> Plan(CIP)with estimated capital costs for key implementation actions. The <br /> CIP costs will be phased over short-term (0-5 years),and general tasks and <br /> costs identified for mid-and long term (20 year)periods. Funding strategies <br /> will be prepared for these actions. <br /> 5.7 Master Plan City Review <br /> Once the final draft of the Master Plan and the associated implementation <br /> strategic/tools are defined it is to be reviewed by City staff.
