City staff is to <br /> participate in planning meetings and assist with the Parks and Recreation Commission,focus group sessions and community <br /> input meetings. The City is responsible for reserving rooms for community meetings,inviting participants for focus group sessions, <br /> distributing meeting information,distributing project status updates,and posting project information on the city web site and <br /> with local media (content provided by HKGi). For the optional mailed community survey,the City will provide a data base of <br /> residential addresses and a postage paid mail permit with sufficient funds for return postage for completed surveys. Invoicing will <br /> occur monthly for work completed according to the Work Plan.
