Said <br />application shall be reviewed and approved or disapproved by the Fire Marshal prior to <br />being present~ to the City Council for Council approval. The designated area when <br />approved by the City Council shall effectively become a fire lane. <br /> <br />All designated zones pursuant to this Section shall be appropriately mm'ked at the <br />direction of the City, at the property owner's expeme when on private property, and the <br />City's expense when on public property; and unless otherwise provided within the <br />resolution or application approval, such restrictions shall apply every day of the week, <br />including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. <br /> <br />(Amended, Ord. No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle or <br />portion thereof upon ,'my highway whether attended or unattended unless otherwise provided for pursuant to <br />provisions herein or otherwise directed by a peace officer. <br /> <br />Section 720:15. Street Oven for Traffic. No person shall park any vehicle upon a street, re.way or highway <br />in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available loss than ten (10) feet of the width of~e <br />roadway, street or highway where a definite lane section exists, or leave less than twenty (20) feet of such pan <br />of the roadway., street or highway opposite such standing vehicle for the free movement of vehicular traffic on <br />non-laned roadways. <br /> <br /> <br />
