It shall be unlawful for any person to leave, park, permit or allow any motor vehicle to stand Or remain upon any City street or right-of-way for more than twenty-four hours at' any time. Legislative Findings. The City Council of the City of Spring Lake Park finds that the parking of large trucks, tractors and other con~nercial vehicles on the streets and rights-of-way within the City, for other than temporary parking for delivery or unloading, creates an unnecessary risk of personal injury, and often produces excessive noises.
