Every person parking a passenger automobile <br />on a public su-cet, alley, public parking lot., or place affeaed with a public interest in the c'icy shall <br />lock the ignition, remove the , with him. <br /> <br />6.03.19 Time Zone Parking. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. No person, firm or corporation shall at any time, park or p~t~it <br />to be parked any vehicle within any block or any public street when within the greceding 24 hour~, <br />falli.g or blowing snow or a combina~/on of falling and blowing snow has aceum, lnteH_ to a depth <br />of 3 inches or more at street level anywhere within that block~ provided, however, that parking <br />shall be permitted within any block of any public su'cct where not or. herw/se prohibited whenever <br />thc entire length of roadway such block has been cleared of snow from curb to curb or, in the case <br />of streets without curbs, between the outer edges of the shoulders of such streets. Any vehicle <br />parked in violat/on of this se. ct/on may be removed as provided by City Code §6.03.16. <br /> Subd. 2. No person,fu'm or corporation shall at any time park or permit to be <br />parked any vehicle upon a public street when such parking interferes with the snow removal <br />operaxio~ of the city and any vehicle so parked may be removed by the city at the owner's e,,pense <br />in acco~,~-ce with the provisions of City Code §6.03.16, provided that the owner of said vehicle <br />is notified of th~ city's intrmtion ~n remove snow by the placement of a waning tag on such vehicle <br />at least 24 hours prior to removal. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating thc provisions of this sccdon <br />shall be guilty of a petty mi-.aemcanor and upon conviction thereof shaI1 be subject to a fine not <br />exceeding $100.00. <br /> <br />6.03.21 Cost of removal.
