Subd. 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating thc provisions of this sccdon shall be guilty of a petty mi-.aemcanor and upon conviction thereof shaI1 be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.00. 6.03.21 Cost of removal. Wbere it is necessary for thc police dcpartm~'nt'to rcmbVe or cause to be removed any vehicle purs~:~nt to this section, the expense of such r~moval shall be paid by the vehicle owner.
