Proposed Project Team and Experience <br /> Seth Peterson, P.E. <br /> Project Manager <br /> Mr.Peterson will serve as the Project Manager to assure that all of the City's concerns are properly <br /> addressed.Mr.Peterson is a registered professional engineer and has 18 years of experience.Mr. <br /> Peterson was the project manager for the Elk River Wastewater Facility Plan. Mr. Peterson has been the <br /> project manager on multiple wastewater projects and is responsible for a broad range of environmental <br /> projects.Mr.Peterson has an in-depth understanding of the various funding programs available. <br /> Bradley DeWolf, P.E. <br /> Principal-In-Charge <br /> Mr.DeWolf will serve as the Principal-In-Charge on this project and will oversee the work of the <br /> project team and committing the necessary resources to the project to complete the work on the project <br /> timeline.He will also be available for public meetings as requested by the City. Mr.DeWolf is the <br /> President and CEO of Bolton&Menk,Inc.He began his profession in 1987 and has gained experience <br /> with all phases of engineering. Mr. DeWolf has similar experience serving as the Project Manager for <br /> wastewater treatment projects for the Cities of Big Lake,Buffalo,Litchfield and Annandale. <br /> Greg Sindt, P.E <br /> Quality Control/Project Review <br /> Mr. Sindt will provide Quality Control for this project as well as project review. Mr. Sindt is a <br /> Principal Environmental Engineer and has designed water and wastewater treatment processes and <br /> coordinated mechanical, structural and control design activities since 1980.He has been involved in <br /> the planning and design of over 100 municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities. <br /> Robert Brown, P.E. <br /> Quality Control/Project Review <br /> Mr. Brown will provide Quality Control for this project as well as project review. Mr. Brown <br /> is Vice President of Bolton&Menk, Inc. and is responsible for the technical supervision and <br /> management of the Environmental Division. He began the practice of engineering in 1973. <br /> Mr.Brown has successfully managed over 100 wastewater and water planning,design and <br /> construction projects during the last five years. <br /> Herman Dharmarajah, P.E., Ph.D., BCEE <br /> Senior Environmental Engineer <br /> Mr. Dharmarajah will provide process design technical support on the project and will also <br /> provide Quality Assurance/Quality Control for this project. Mr. Dharmarajah is a Senior Principal <br /> Environmental Engineer at Bolton&Menk,Inc.He is experienced with the management,design and <br /> construction of wastewater and water treatment facilities,performing these projects since 1982. <br /> Paul Saffert, P.E. <br /> Senior Design Engineer <br /> Mr. Saffert is a Senior Design Engineer and will be responsible for providing design engineering <br /> assistance. He is a registered professional engineer,joining the firm in 1994.He is responsible for <br /> abroad range of environmental projects.His experience includes planning and feasibility studies, <br /> design,construction management and observation,existing unit process evaluation and facility <br /> operations services for wastewater and water treatment facilities. <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements I City of Elk River, Minnesota 3 <br />
