Proposed Project Team and Experience <br /> Tejpal Bala, P.E. <br /> Design Engineer/Construction Observation <br /> Mr.Bala will provide design engineering assistance and will also be assisting with construction <br /> services on this project. Mr. Bala joined Bolton&Menk,Inc. in 2006. He is responsible for a broad <br /> range of environmental projects in both the municipal and industrial fields. His experience includes <br /> planning and feasibility studies,design,construction management and observation,existing unit <br /> process evaluation and facility operations services for wastewater and water treatment facilities. <br /> Kelly Yahnke <br /> Design Review/Construction Engineer <br /> Mr.Yahnke will be responsible for design review and construction support on this project. He has <br /> provided design review and construction support for numerous wastewater and water treatment <br /> projects. He joined Bolton &Menk, Inc. in 1984 and has provided design and construction <br /> management for 15 environmental projects. <br /> Kirk Yahnke <br /> Construction Observer/Wastewater Operator <br /> Mr.Yahnke is a senior engineering technician and construction observer and has been with Bolton <br /> &Menk, Inc. since 1985. Mr.Yahnke will be responsible for providing operations assistance <br /> throughout the project. Mr.Yahnke is responsible for the inspection, start-up and quality control of <br /> sanitary/environmental projects. <br /> Charles DeWolf, Sr. <br /> Wastewater Operator <br /> Mr. DeWolf will provide operations assistance throughout this project. Mr. DeWolf is a Minnesota <br /> Class A wastewater operator who began his profession in 1968. Mr. DeWolf was the wastewater <br /> superintendent for the City of Litchfield, Minnesota. <br /> Ron Quade <br /> Wastewater Operator <br /> Mr. Quade will provide operations assistance on this project. He began his profession in <br /> wastewater and water treatment operations in 1982. Mr. Quade has worked on a variety of projects <br /> including operation and oversight of municipal wastewater and water facilities. <br /> Sheldon Sorensen, P.E. <br /> Electrical and Controls Systems <br /> Mr. Sorensen of Barr Engineering Company will provide the electrical and controls systems <br /> engineering on this project. Mr. Sorensen has worked with Bolton&Menk on numerous projects <br /> over the past 15 years. Mr. Sorenson has over 25 years of experience, including work at over 300 <br /> wastewater and water treatment plants and large pumping stations. <br /> Tom Wentz, P.E <br /> Mechanical Design Services <br /> Mr.Wentz of Wentz Associates, Inc. will provide mechanical engineering services including <br /> design of the HVAC and plumbing systems. Mr.Wentz has over 25 years of experience as a <br /> mechanical engineer and has worked with the Bolton &Menk team for over fifteen years. <br /> Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements I City of Elk River, Minnesota 4 <br />
