Computer Loans $1,200.00 (12 months) <br /> 30. PAYCHECKS <br /> Employees are paid every two weeks. The pay period begins every other Tuesday at <br /> 12:00 a.m. and ends every other following Monday at 11:59 p.m.: Payday is the Friday <br /> immediately following the end of the pay period. <br /> Employees are responsible for their paychecks upon receipt. Direct deposit is available <br /> to employees upon request. <br /> 31. NIGHTWORK REST TIME <br /> The Utilities will provide a regular field worker with one hour paid rest time for each <br /> hour worked between •- - - - -- - ' --, - -, -'- 10:00 p.m. <br /> and 6:00 a.m , excluding work performed : ': •':-•. _,:• • •• on Saturday <br /> or Sunday. The worker must make arrangements with his or her supervisor before taking <br /> such rest time. This nightwork rest time shall be taken during the next scheduled work <br /> shift. If the supervisor does not release the worker to take this nightwork rest time, all <br /> hours worked by the worker on the next scheduled shift shall be paid at one and one half <br /> times the worker's base rate of pay. It is the employee's responsibility to notify the <br /> supervisor and obtain approval prior to taking the rest time. It is also the employee's <br /> responsibility to take the nightwork rest time if it is approved by the supervisor.Effective <br /> -t .
