Breanne Rothstein, AICP Land Use Planner Breanne has extensive planning experience, working in several communities around the state, including Minnetrista and Ramsey, where " she was a full-time staff planner and most recently, the City of Albert Lea. She specializes in project management and inter-jurisdictional communication and collaboration.
