<br /> Jack has more than 15 years of experience in a wide variety of mil "
<br /> transportation projects. Her areas of expertise include transportation
<br /> planning, strategic and policy planning, and public outreach and
<br /> coordination. Jack has served as the key staff person or project manager
<br /> for a number of transportation projects throughout Minnesota. Her
<br /> technical responsibilities have included systems analysis and refinement,
<br /> multimodal evaluation and incorporation, safety evaluation and technical
<br /> writing. Her experience on a variety of projects has enabled Jack to
<br /> develop a big-picture understanding of transportation systems.

<br /> development of the county's long-range transportation plans. She
<br /> developed recommendations for functional classification changes, Memberships:
<br /> jurisdictional transfers and potential new roadway connections. Jack American Planning Association
<br /> reviewed traffic forecasts, safety analysis and other technical analyses

<br /> While employed by others, Jack was the key staff person or project manager for
<br /> a number of corridor studies. Typical analyses included in the plans involved
<br /> functional classification evaluation, access, crash rate and problem area
<br /> identification, existing and future traffic volumes, roadway capacity problems,
<br /> intersection capacity issues, pedestrian and bicycle accommodations, transit
<br /> uses and opportunities, environmental and cultural resource constraints
<br /> alternatives development, benefit-cost analysis, alternatives analyses, and
<br /> preferred concept identification. A sampling of corridor studies that Jack
<br /> worked on or managed included Highway 14 Long-Term Access Study, US 169
<br /> Corridor Management Plan, 1-35 Corridor Management Plan, US 169 Frontage
<br /> Road and Interchange, CSAH 34 Corridor Study, and the Northern River Crossing
<br /> Study. The last two projects were with Anoka County.
<br /> While at WSB, Jack managed a transportation study at the Opus 11
<br /> Business Park. This study looked at transportation needs where the
<br /> Southwest LRT line and station is to pass. Improvements identified -
<br /> included roadway changes, new trail connections, bridge replacement,
<br /> and potential new connections to the business park from TH 62. WSB
