Edward Youngquist Water Resources Engineering Specialist Ed has more than 20 years of civil engineering design experience and an extensive background in grading design, street and utility plans, SWPPP and MPCA permits, specifications, and construction administration. He works with clients to maintain clear and thorough communications for all \\ projects. Ed is proficient with stormwater modeling (HydroCAD) and stormwater management. He has designed numerous stormwater volume reduction projects for the City of St. Paul. Ed has also developed an innovative streambank stabilization method to improve water quality in the Rum River and its tributaries.
