A <br /> WSBproposal to provide professional services for the Elk River comprehensive plan update <br /> City of Minneapolis - Sheridan <br /> \ Neighborhood Plan <br /> WSB is undertaking the development of a small <br /> / ► _\ -_, area plan, including land use and transportation <br /> { 1 analysis as well as planning for streetscapes <br /> l and the public realm.
