A <br /> WSBa proposal to provide professional services for the Elk River comprehensive plan update ..-. <br /> Jason Wede% PE - Infrastructure Lead Engineer <br /> Role: Jason will serve as the Infrastructure Lead <br /> Engineer. He will be responsible for coordinating review <br /> and recommendations relating to water, wastewater, <br /> stormwater, and transportation portions of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan Update. Jason will also serve as an <br /> advisor to this group given his institutional knowledge of <br /> the City relating to the existing infrastructure, as well as <br /> infrastructure needs within the community. Jason will report <br /> to Kelsey and will collaborate with Andi and Kelsey relating to <br /> project timeline. Jason will attend applicable meetings with <br /> City staff and the Citizens Advisory Committee. <br /> Jason is an Associate and Senior Project Manager in our Municipal Group. He has <br /> proven managerial expertise related to municipal engineering. Jason is serving as <br /> the consultant City Engineer for the cities of Lino Lakes, and Long Lake, in addition <br /> to completing municipal projects in Elk River, Woodbury, Minnetonka, Prior Lake, <br /> Wayzata, and Savage. <br /> Joe Ward, PE — Water/Wastewater Engineer <br /> i Role: Joe will provide expertise relating to <br /> the Water and Wastewater portions of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan Update. He will conduct all <br /> data analysis. Joe will report to Jason and will <br /> coordinate with Kelsey throughout the process <br /> to ensure concurrence with the overall plan. <br /> Joe is an experienced Project Engineer in our Water/Wastewater <br /> Engineering Group. He has wastewater design experience in <br /> treatment, lift stations, sanitary sewer collection systems, and <br /> sanitary sewer system comprehensive system plans designed <br /> with SewerCAD. In addition to his sanitary sewer experience, <br /> Joe is experienced in water system design, including treatment, <br /> distribution system improvements, water system comprehensive <br /> plans designed in WaterCAD, and water conservation and <br /> emergency plans. He has completed many development reviews for <br /> both water and wastewater systems, including water and sanitary <br /> sewer elements for Comprehensive Plans, EAWs, and AUARs. <br /> Proposed Project Team and Experience / 21 <br />
