Some over story= trees should be provided in the area between the parking lot and <br />Zane Street. <br />b. Should the building be enlarged, the evergreen trees on the north side of the <br />building will need to be removed and replaced. <br />c. Please also note that the Ordinance does provide opportunity= to add a prairie grass <br />component to the landscaping, reducing the number of bees. <br />S~ <br />5) One monument sign, up to 10 feet in height and 100 sq. ft. in size is permitted. The sign <br />must maintain a minimum setback of 10 feet, the sign suggested for the SE corner appears <br />to be 9 feet setback. <br />a. The base must be of brick and may include decorative brick ox glazed block as <br />accents. <br />6) Two wall signs map be installed, in size up to 7% of the wall area they are displayed on. <br />Signs shall be individual letters. <br />7) Please provide a photometric plan that illustrates that the average light leve does not fall <br />below 3 footcandles (fc). <br />8) The site, being over an acre of disturbed area, will requv:e a NPDES permit. She can be reached at <br />763/ 635-1068. <br />9) I note that the sanitary sewer line service the property is likely to come in conflict with any <br />building expansion.
