Chambers Investment/Elk River Brick and Stone has
requested a conditional use permit to construct an addition to their warehouse
and an addition to a storage building. Scott reviewed the proposed project as
outlined in the staff report dated June 15, 1998. He noted that the exteriors of the
proposed additions will match the existing structures. Scott explained that the
easement shown on the survey was never recorded and a revised easement will
be recorded with the county. Scott noted the applicant feels that the required
curb and gutter would hinder snow removal and also would require regrading of
the parking lot.

Mayor Duitsman opened the public hearing.
