ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE ADDRESSED. <br /> <br />A REVISED LANDSCAPING PLAN INCLUDING ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING <br />ALONG THE ENTRANCE DRIVE AND PARKING LOT BE PROVIDED FOR REVIEW <br />AND APPROVAL. <br /> <br />THE PARKING LOT BE RESURFACED AND STRIPED FOLLOWING <br />COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />THE SITE PLAN BE REVISED TO SHOW AREA FOR POSSIBLE PARKING LOT <br />EXPANSION AND PROPOSED LAYOUT FOR THE EXISTING PARKING LOT. <br /> <br />6. THE SITE BE SURVEYED. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />2-0-2. Mayor Duitsman and Councilmember Thompson abstained due to their <br />involvement on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club. <br /> <br />Request by Norwest Bank to Amend Motion to Approve Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach indicated that Norwest Bank is requesting the Council to <br />consider amending a previous motion approving a conditional use permit for <br />the financial institution for the following reasons: <br /> <br />They would like the opportunity to have the entire Council review their <br />application. (Councilmember Holmgren was absent) <br /> <br />· Consider a modification to the proposed entrance off Jackson by limiting <br /> the entrance to a right-in only. <br /> <br />· Take into consideration some of the findings outlined in the amended traffic <br /> study. <br /> <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to reconsider the vote following review of <br /> the issue, however Mayor Duitsman and Councilmember Thompson indicated <br /> they are not convinced that a right-in only as indicated on the design will <br />· change their vote. <br /> <br />Consider Establishinq Planner Position for Planninq Department <br /> <br />City Planner Steve Ach indicated that Steve Wensman is currently serving as the <br />City's planning Intern. He stated that Mr. Wensman's internship is approximately <br />2/3 complete. Steve Ach requested the Council to consider hiring Steve on a <br />full-time basis and to review the job description of "Planner." Dana Anderson, <br />park and recreation commission representative, indicated that Steve Wensman <br />has been an asset to the commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
