General Policies <br />Smoke & Tobacco Free Policy <br />In an effort to provide a healthy, comfortable and productive working environment for <br />employees, residents and visitors, the city provides anon-smoking work environment. All <br />city facilities andvelucles are smoke and tobacco free. Employees violating the policy may <br />be subject to disciplinary action. <br />Appearance and Dress Guidelines <br />Employee appearance is a direct reflection on the professionalism of city services. <br />Employees should dress in a manner appropriate to their job and use good judgment when <br />choosing attire. Clothing must always be clean, neat, and in good repair.
