Big Lake Downtown Plan for new development and redevelopment of the downtown area to reclaim <br />Framework Plan historic character including pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, improved traffic flow, <br />Big Lake, MN access to businesses and linkages to the lake front from downtown; created <br />preliminary design guidelines to encourage consistent quality and design concepts for <br />civic-public amenities. <br />plan completed in 2003 <br />Robbinsdale Transit- Created a new vision for redevelopment of an old theater, mall site and surrounding <br />Oriented Development area; plan located stations and pedestrian connections to the Northwest Transit <br />Plan Corridor BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) including a new federally funded pedestrian bridge; <br />Robbinsdale, MN mixed-use plan provides life-cycle housing, new townhomes, condominiums, small <br />neighborhood commercial and pedestrian-friendly, ground-floor retail. <br />plan completed in 2003 <br />Shoreview Town Center 80-acre mixed-use Town Center district with housing, commercial, retail, extensive <br />Master Plan & Design public amenities, pedestrian-friendly streets, housing, park pavilion, skating pond, trails <br />Guidelines and open space; 180,000 sq. ft. of new retail, office and housing along Highway 96. <br />Shoreview, MN plan completed in 2006 <br />Waterfront Village Master plan fora $75M mixed-use resort Village within a 336-acre, master-planned <br />Jeffers Pond Master Plan conservation development; includes hotel, water park and waterfront boardwalk. <br />Prior Lake, MN plan completed in 2006 <br />Additional Projects Many of our corridor studies, larger mixed-use master planning and other development <br />projects are applicable to this project. These plans must accommodate a diverse <br />audience's needs for a wide range of uses including retail, residential, hospitality, <br />cultural/arts and recreational areas. <br />We have included these additional projects in the Attachments section. <br />
