Shoreview, MN plan completed in 2006 Waterfront Village Master plan fora $75M mixed-use resort Village within a 336-acre, master-planned Jeffers Pond Master Plan conservation development; includes hotel, water park and waterfront boardwalk. Prior Lake, MN plan completed in 2006 Additional Projects Many of our corridor studies, larger mixed-use master planning and other development projects are applicable to this project. These plans must accommodate a diverse audience's needs for a wide range of uses including retail, residential, hospitality, cultural/arts and recreational areas.
