Experience <br />& Design <br />Examples <br />On many of our projects, we've <br />applied for and won community <br />grants to develop the plans. <br />Landform has a wide range of experience applicable to this project. Our team <br />members have provided planning, site assessment, site design, landscape architecture, <br />civil engineering and land surveying services and have assisted with project approvals, <br />project management and construction contract administration. We work with various <br />forms of government during the planning process and create a vision and plan specific <br />to that community. To execute the vision and plan created in the public process, we <br />can partner with developers to execute the area plans. Details of several of our most <br />relevant projects are presented below. <br />Mississippi Crossings Master plan for 50 acres with $6M public improvements to parks, trails, new riverside <br />Commons Master Plan promenade, dock and marina as part of a $24M mixed-use redevelopment plan; <br />Champlin, MN worked with city to gather public input and create plan options and developer to <br />execute vision. <br />Livable Communities Opportunity Grant, 2004 <br />plan completed in 2005 <br />The Cor Re-visioning and development management of the former "Ramsey Town Center", <br />Ramsey, MN a 322-acre urban mixed-use development anchored by the Municipal Center and a <br />commuter rail transit station. <br />Revisioning completed in 2009 <br />Development management is ongoing <br />Mound Downtown Plan Downtown redevelopment plan for over 12 acres with transit district, mixed-use <br />Mound, MN including housing and retail, public open spaces, marina, ponds and trails; worked <br />with city to gather public input and create vision; partnered with a developer to <br />execute vision. <br />Livable Communities Development Grant, 2004 <br />plan completed in 2006 <br />village Master Plan Master plan for over 23 acres including public open spaces, greenway, ponds and <br />Mendota Heights, MN trails; completed as part of a $57M mixed-use development plan; worked with city to <br />gather public input and create vision; partnered with a developer to execute vision. <br />Livable Communities Opportunity Grant,1999 <br />Livable Communities Development Grant, 2002 <br />Livable Communities Development Grant, 2003 <br />2000 - 2008 final phase <br />
