Project Team Our team possesses the talent and expertise to help you realize your vision and develop a final Master Plan for the development area. You can be assured that this project is an important project for us and will be given our full commitment. The team members identified will be committed to this team for the duration of this project. Design Team Ms. Kendra Lindahl, AICP Principal, Project Manager Ms. Lindahl will be the project manager for the Landform team and will be leading the master planning process. She will lead the project team and be responsible for committing firm resources to the project as well as assuring overall performance and client satisfaction. Ms. Lindahl's experience in both the public and private sectors has provided her with an understanding of the big-picture concepts and the expertise to ensure that a development plan and vision becomes a reality. Her broad design and master planning experience includes every sector of public, residential and commercial development. Her past and current work includes an emphasis on entitlement process management. Mr. Darren Lazan, RLA President Mr. Lazan has over 25 years of diverse experience in nearly all aspects of development, design and engineering, in both the public and private sectors. His broad design and master planning experience includes every sector of development and construction campus management. His work includes retail and shopping center design and development, managing the entitlement process, and a thorough understanding of development business. Through development of formalized site investigation processes, streamlined graphic delivery and a unique approach to client service, Mr. Lazan has set the standard for site design services. He will lead our team through the Design work outlined in Task 2 of the work plan. Mr. Steven E. Sabraski, P.E. Designer Mr. Sabraski is a Designer at Landform. His attention to detail is an asset and he demonstrates strong abilities with site design, utility coordination and AutoCAD drafting. His valuable experience working with various governmental agencies, including work on various airport development projects and construction staging, builds on the expertise we invest on every project.
