improvements, including, but not limited to, soil correction, <br />grading, utilities, streets, curb and gutter, and sidewalks, <br />may also be installed in the Industrial Park or in other areas <br />of the Development District if determined by the City Council <br />to be necessary and appropriate to meet the purposes of the <br />Development Program. No contracts have been entered into at <br />this time with respect to these public development activities. <br /> <br /> Public development activities within the TIF District <br />will be limited to the correction of existing deficient soil <br />conditions by the removal of bad soil (peat) and the <br />replacement of bad soils with compactible fill. <br /> <br />E. OTHER DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> All major development proposals of which the City is <br /> <br />aware and which the City expects to take place within the <br />Development District are listed in Section I of the Development <br />Program. To the City's knowledge, this list identifies all <br />major development reasonably expected to take place within the <br />Development District and the dates when such development is <br />likely to occur. <br /> <br /> No development other than that specifically identified in <br />Section D above is proposed for the TIF District. <br /> <br />F.
