Private Development Activity <br /> Ail major development proposals for the Development <br /> <br />District which the City was aware of on'October 30, 1987, are <br />listed in Section I. of the amended Development Program for the <br />Development District. The City is not aware of any contracts <br />having been entered into at the time of the preparation of this <br />TIF Plan with respect to any of those private development <br />proposals, except as noted below. <br /> <br /> Development Activity within the TIF District will include <br />the eighty-five thousand (85,000) square foot Alltool <br />manufacturing facility on the property identified in Section <br />C.2 above. It is estimated that the taxable assessed value of <br />this facility will be Eight Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars <br />($808,000). The Facility is expected to be substantially <br />completed in 1988, and to begin operations in early 1989. The <br />City is not aware of any contract having been entered into at <br />this time with respect to the Alltool facility. However, the <br />City will enter into a development agreement with respect to <br />the facility prior to the acquisition of property within the <br />TIF District. <br /> <br /> 2.
