The <br />proposed County Auditor certification to this value is attached <br />as Exhibit B to this Document. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 469.177, subd. 1 of the TIF Act, <br />it is estimated that the annual percentage increase in the <br />original assessed valuation of the property in the TIF District <br />will be three percent.
