SECTION 01770 <br />CLOSEOUT PROCEDURES <br />1.01 CLEANUP <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall keep the Property free from accumulations of waste materials, rubbish <br />and other debris resulting from the Work, and at the completion of the Work, shall remove all <br />waste materials, rubbish and debris from the premises as well as all tools, construction <br />equipment and machinery, temporary facilities, and surplus materials. CONTRACTOR shall <br />leave the property clean and ready for occupancy by OWNER. <br />1.02 GUARANTIES AND WARRANTIES <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall guarantee all work and material against all defects as specified in <br />paragraph 13.12 of the General Conditions or as otherwise required for specific items in these <br />Specifications. <br />1.03 FINAL SUBMITTALS <br />A.
