a sufficient quantity of water to control dust generated by or as a result of CONTRACTOR'S <br />activities. <br />D. The cost of Roads/Dust Control shall be included in the Contract Price and no additional <br />compensation will be provided. <br />1.03 SIGNS, FENCES, BARRICADES, AND WATCHMEN <br />A. No signs, billboards, or other advertisements shall be erected on the premises by <br />CONTRACTOR without CITY's prior written permission. <br />B. CONTRACTOR shall furnish and maintain all warning lights, barricades, informational <br />signs, and watchmen as needed for the execution of the Work as required by the Contract <br />Documents, Laws and Regulations, for the protection of persons and property, and control of <br />traffic in accordance with applicable manuals for Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br />C. Barricades, warning lights, and traffic control signage within public streets and roadways <br />.shall, at a minimum, meet the technical requirements of the Institute of Transportation <br />Engineers and the State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices or similar publication. <br />D. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of the Property. <br />E. CONTRACTOR'S security shall not interfere in any way or manner with the continued <br />operation and security. The entire property and all work shall be available at all times (24 <br />hours per day} for access by OWNER and CITY. <br />F. The costs of signs, devices, fences, barricades, safety and security, and watchmen required to <br />comply with the above stated minimum requirements including property security shall be <br />included in the Contract Price and no additional compensation will be provided. <br />1.04 CONTRACTOR'S FIELD OFFICE [NOT USED] <br />1.05 TEMPORARY ENCLOSURES AND HEAT [NOT USED] <br />1.06 TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall furnish, install and maintain temporary erosion controls as necessary <br />to prevent the erosion of soils and transport of silt, mud and other debris off of the property or <br />to other areas of the property where damage might result or that might otherwise be required <br />by Laws and Regulations. <br />1.07 CLEANING <br />A.
