Synchro/SimTraffic was used not only to project future LOS conditions, but to define existing conditions using existing signal timing and traffic count information described previously. The analysis was conducted for the existing baseline conditions (2011) and the anticipated future 2031 conditions for each scenario. The results of the LOS analysis for each scenario are discussed below. Existing 2011 No Build Conditions The existing no-build conditions were analyzed to determine the current level of operations of the study area and to set a baseline in determining what future roadway improvement are needed and when they maybe required. Table Z1-3 shows the results of the LOS analysis for the existing no-build conditions.
