The primary issues are with <br />delays to the left turning vehicles turning off of TH 10 / 169 to 173rd Avenue. <br />TH 10 / 169 at 171St Avenue -During the AM and PM peak hours all approaches are <br />operating at LOS E or better with the overall intersection operating at LOS C in the AM <br />peak hour and D in the PM peak hour. The left turn movements from TH 10 / 169 to <br />171St Avenue do experience delays, operating as an LOS F during the PM peak hour. <br />TH 10 / 169 at 165th Avenue -During the PM peak hour the westbound approach <br />' operates at a LOS F however the overall intersection operates at LOS A in the AM peak <br />hour and E in the PM peak hour. The primary issue is with delays to the left turning <br />vehicles turning off of TH 10 / 169 to 165rd Avenue. <br />All other study area intersections are operating at LOS A during both the AM and PM <br />peak hours with the existing conditions. <br />C <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />C <br />i <br /> <br />r <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2011 Build Conditions <br />In order to determine when a third lane on TH 10 / 169 and (or) an interchange at <br />Twin Lakes Parkway would be required, the existing traffic volumes were analyzed <br />assuming the future roadway network discussed above. The results of the analysis <br />are shown in Table 21-4. The TH 10 full movement intersections are the only <br />results shown in the table.
