Commissioner Peterson shared his concern about having the oven in the kitchen when not being up to code and that it should be removed. Commissioner Anderson asked if the Lions Club ox the City use the oven. Mx. Benoit stated that the City does not use the oven and that the Lions Club meets in the evening and have their own access and not aware if they use it and can check into that. Commissioner Anderson stated he agreed with fee recommendations and this needs more discussion and to bring back in May. 7.2.A. Protection of Natural Resources in City Parks Planner/Park Planner, Chris Leesebexg presented a draft ordinance regarding the disturbance of natural features and wIldlife in City parks. Mayor Dietz asked if the City Attorney had reviewed the ordinance. Mr. Leeseberg stated that the ordinance would be reviewed by the City Attomey before the council meets. MOVED BY COMMISSIONER JAKER AND SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER KARLSEN TO RECOMMEND TO CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT STAFF RECOMMENDATION, SUBJECT TO ATTORNEY REVIEW TO APPROVE THE ORDINANCE RELATING TO DISTURBANCE OF NATURAL FEATURES AND WILDLIFE IN PARKS. Commissioner Niziolek stated he would like to add an amendment stating that if the City Attomey changes any significant language that the ordinance come back to the Parks and Recreation Commission for review.
